We offer free local delivery to customers within a 5km radius of either store.

Please select the ‘Click and Collect’ option at checkout. At the billing details page you can add an ‘order note’ and specify you would like it delivered locally.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. After this we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

We offer a free Click & Collect service.  All purchases can be picked up from either the Wicklow or Arklow store.

All orders within the ROI are subject to a flat rate delivery charge of €5. If you need delivery to UK, the EU or worldwide please contact us directly for a price.

All delivery parcels are sent via An Post or a courier. As a rule, delivery time is 1-5 working days for Ireland and 5-10 working days for international deliveries after processing the order. This may take longer in busy periods such as sales and Christmas.

For Bank holidays please allow an extra day for delivery.

Important: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once they are dispatched.

We want you to love your John Flood Menswear purchases, so if anything you purchase online is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to provide a refund to your credit card, you have 14 days from when you receive the item to have it returned to us. All items returned must be in their original condition, tags attached, and items must be unworn. Any item received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. Please note all sale items have a 7-day return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. All tags must be intact.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs that you may incur in your purchase, unless the item is deemed faulty.

We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original packaging must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such an item if necessary.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use the registered post option from An Post.
Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
